I just talked to Geri on the phone for 2 hours and i’m not sure if i am feeling any better.No matter what i said,nothing will ever change anyway.I’m just too selfish.I caused my own downfal and all.I really feel like giving up.

 

Kit pissed me off today.Pissed me off real bad.

 

And Geri,i really really really can’t let go.

 

Yes,time is a relavent thing.And i’m not talking about a minute,i’m talking about years.Like what,3-4 years?I don’t know anymore.Stupid brain of mine.

Yeap,she’s my new female obsession for now.Heh.Her voice is damn good lah.It’s not those angel from the sky kind,it’s like a male version of Jorn Lande.She’s a vocal coach too,i sooo need her to teach me!I mean,she even has her number on her MySpace,Vibeke doesn’t.

 

She’s in 2 bands, Virus IV and Beautiful Sin.I don’t quite like the music of Virus IV for some bits despite her amazing voice.I prefer Beautiful Sin,which is the brainchild of Uli Kursch.May be buying their album.Quite nice.

The Last Session

Recording sessions for Passion’s Grace are OVER!Met up with Namie today to complete the final vocal takes and we’re all done.I’m all done rather,gonna print the demo labels soon and will spread them out.It’s crazy how a small idea of mine can become something of this level man.And honestly,even if my demo doesn’t reach a music scout,i’m still happy i did this.It was really worthwhile and fun to do.And who knows?I’ll also be able to say that i produced a cd too.

Yesterday was Nicole Siew’s sister’s wedding.It was something which was planned way way way in advance.Even we practiced it months before.Well,everything went very smoothly.Our singing was good,mass was good,reception was good.Everything was really well planned.Even the duet between Stacie and I went very smoothly.Anyway,everything,all the efforts and months and months of preperation just went by in a single day.You might think it’s stupid,but i feel it was all worth it.

 

Swensons Date

Swensons with Geri today.I think we talked even deeper,shared even more.It was a dinner we(I rather) needed and it was a good one.I can’t say much lah,abit too personal for public.But yea,we were studying/doing work in church before that with the KNN bunch,Michael and it was funny at the end.Will upload photos of them once they are on Facebook.

I played L4D with Zheng Yi ytd.Have not played it for eons,my skills went downhill haha.I’m so outated,i didn’t know there are versus modes for all maps already.So fun.My smoker skills damn lousy man,quite annoying haha.Should play more to hone my skills again,after all it’s hols now!

FREEd/Laser Quest/Another Departure/Udder’s Part1/Udder’s Part2/UFO/Reflect

FREEd

Sorry for the week long silence,my laptop was sent for repair cos of the funny screen colors and all.

 

Last Saturday saw me doing Praise and Worship for our Fuel event,FREEd.It went rather well i have to say,the crowd was a slight disappointment,but all else was really good.I had to leave in between though,had to practice a duet with fellow sober drunkard Stacie Tan.I have to say i got closer to her these days.Since Thursday rather,when she came over to record vocals for 2 of my songs.But yea,our duet prac went rather well indeed.Our harmonies were great,the parts fitted well,i guess we just need to work on the speed and tempo for it,other than that,all else was really smooth indeed.

 

Back to FREEd,i came back just in time to do the final song and all before it ended.I missed the movie screening,but that was really fine.So yea.Our Fuel tshirt is really nice too,thanks Gabby for designing it! 😀

 

 

Laser Quest

I went for Laser Quest on Monday!Pretty fun haha.10 people went.Brandon,Claire,Chun Ming,Christine,Song Pei,Cheryl,Zu Huai,Winson and Jin Liu.So it was 5v5 for the 1st round and 4v4 for the second round(Cheryl and Zu Huai did not play).I have to say,i still suck at laser quest quite a bit.Heh.I’m always one of the lower ranked ones haha.But yea,it was really really fun.The company was great and all.

 

Should go there one day again!!

 

Another Departure

After laser quest,i went to the airport at around 8 45pm to see Isabel off.She’s flying over to London to study and i wish her all the best.It was a really small crowd of friends,i was the only church friend there.We made friends with each other anyway and stuff,so it was great knowing some of her friends here and there.I pray she’ll be okay there.I’ll upload the photo once she sends it over to me.Julian was supposed to come too,but he forgot all about it.I felt it was rather rude and unpolite of him,but oh well.Anthony called to say his goodbyes too.

 

My mum was saying that i keep seeing friends off,she wonders if anyone will actually see me off when i go overseas.

 

Udder’s Part1

Tuesday.

 

Met up with Nicole Siew for lunch at Retro Cafe.I had the BBQ fish which i felt was way better than the BBQ chicken (which i have been eating all this while).I think Nic enjoyed her food and all,but definitely not the service,it was HORRENDOUS!!!Yea.

 

We went to Udder’s after that! 😀 I had lychee martini and of course the compulsory ChocMarsh.Nic had Bailey’s and Bourbon and Snickers with Honeycomb.We swapped here and there and all,i preferred her BnB to my lychee martini and she thought otherwise,so we ended up entirely swapping one flavour.We had a nice chat here and there too,drew on their boards and all.Took a polaroid too (hoho i’m so honoured).Walked around United Square too where we bumped into Ryan.It was a rather great afternoon with her company and all.Have not hung out with her for quite awhile anyway.

 

 

Udder’s Part2

I’m still on Tuesday.

 

Yes i went Udder’s AGAIN at night.Chun Ming,Brandon,Christine and Claire was the company for the night.They met for dinner and ice cream,i was just there for ice cream.I ate Mango Sorbet,really good stuff man.Oh their Hazel’s Nuts flavour is DA BOMB too.Seriously.

 

We had cow drawing contest and photos taken.Claire and Christine have the nicest cows,my cow looks like a pig as usual.Brandon’s cow looks like a dog.Chun Ming’s cow…….nvm.Haha.

 

 

UFO

Wednesday/Today.

 

Woke up early to collect my laptop.Bumped into Cheryl Gien at Jurong.Pleasant surprise.We took the same bus,51,and chit chatted here and there and all.Good start to the monirng.

 

So laptop was collected,data still in contact and they even changed screen for me.Fantasmic.Headed to school for group meeting.Met up with Mou,Brenda and Wensheng.I have to say it was really productive though i got really sleepy halfway through.Got most of the things sorted out.Alot of bullshit and nonsense here and there too haha.Amy dropped by too.

 

UFO is our concept LOL.That’s all i’m gonna say.What could UFO mean?

 

Reflect

During the few days when i had no laptop,i spent the night clearing stuffs and digging up stuffs,found loads of memories,both good and bad.Some brought a huge smile to my face,some made me tear a little.Life was so much simpler then.I was so innocent.I could write about that someone so innocently without knowing what was gonna happen between us,could write words which i found so difficult to say out now.

 

Sometimes i really wonder,what have i become?What have i done?What’s wrong with me?

Kite Flying With Mom!/Bowling With Joshy!

Kite Flying With Mom!

Yeap.We finally went to fly kite today.

 

We met at hawker center first for lunch before going to Marina Barrage to fly Mr Eagle :D.It was quite great.After several futile attempts,we finally got the kite flying sky high and cruising.Considering it was only a 5 bucks kite,it was great.We chatted abit here and there too.I hardly had time to talk to Kit these days.We’re always so busy and our free times are always at different hours.

 

Tea time at the cafe was good.Their food’s not shabby at all.BUT,they kept on showing Mr Bean man wth.Kit was enjoying the shows while i was like dying there.But yea,we walked along the bridge as well.I suppose it’ll be better at night when it will be more windy.

 

We parted ways at City Hall after a brief visit to HMV,with the usual disappointment from both of us.

Bowling With Joshy!

I went to meet Joshua for dinner after that at Yishun.Ate a quick one at Macs before going bowling.It was my first time bowling with him,so it was pretty fun.I had a really really draggy start but picked up my game towards the end of the 2nd game.So the scores for all my 3 games were 84,77 and 129.While not beating my personal best,129 was certainly a good score in a long while.Had a series of spares and a total of 2 strikes in the game,one on the 2nd frame and one on the last.Was really pleased with my game.Tried to help Joshua with his game too.

 

Ok,damn tired now.A good day does not solve all my problems and worries,but i shall not think about them tonight.
